Structural Integration is not about fixing the body, but about helping the body reorganize itself toward more ease, balance, and adaptability within gravity.
The body is viewed as an interconnected system where fascia, breath, posture, movement patterns, scars, emotions, and life experiences all influence one another. The current alignment of the body is not considered wrong, but rather the body’s best adaptation over time.
Through a progressive approach such as the 10-series, the work is done layer by layer to create more space, awareness, and support so the body can move and function with less effort and more coherence.
The goal is not to force perfect posture or symmetry, but to help people feel more connected, comfortable, and at ease within their own bodies.
